Rich Peete
Founder

Rich Peete is an award-winning producer and founder of the NYC-based production company Neighborhood Watch. Before transitioning to producing, he was a Prop Master on critically acclaimed films such as Blue Valentine, The Place Beyond the Pines, and Winter’s Bone. Rich's producing credits include Jeremy Saulnier's Blue Ruin, which premiered at Cannes and won the International Critics' Award. His subsequent projects include: Super Dark Times, the documentary See Know Evil, The Lumineers III and Isaiah Saxon’s debut feature, The Legend of Ochi, starring Willem Dafoe, Finn Wolfhard, Helena Zengel, and Emily Watson.

Rich made his directorial debut with the documentary feature In My Own Time: A Portrait of Karen Dalton, which premiered at DOC NYC and was acquired by Greenwich Entertainment. He is also the co-creator and Executive Producer of the Netflix true-crime hit Killer Sally and has produced commercials for brands such as: Modelo, Reese’s, Coca-Cola, and Taco Bell.

When not producing, Rich can be found sipping a Lake Hour, a new spiked sparkling water brand he co-founded with actor and friend Wyatt Russell, or swimming in a lake with his sons.

Traci Carlson
Founder

Traci Carlson is the kind of producer who can steer a major campaign for Coca-Cola in the morning and finesse a delicate indie feature by night. As co-founder of Neighborhood Watch, she’s built a New York-based production company that moves fluidly between branded and cinematic storytelling—with clients like Reese’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, Ford, and Coca-Cola trusting her to bring craft and clarity to their vision.

Since signing directors The Voorhes, Traci’s also become something of a specialist in macro food campaigns—where her eye for detail and visual texture shines.

But it’s her film work that reveals the depth of her range and taste. Traci’s producing credits span award-winning and widely celebrated titles like Super Dark Times, Menashe, In My Own Time: A Portrait of Karen Dalton, and Killer Sally. She also produced Isaiah Saxon’s debut feature, The Legend Of Ochi, starring Willem Dafoe, Finn Wolfhard, Helena Zengel, and Emily Watson. Her films have premiered at Cannes, TIFF, Sundance, SXSW, and Tribeca, and have been acquired by Netflix, A24, and Greenwich Entertainment.

Traci is a Sundance Producing Lab and Film Independent Producing Lab alum, and an Indie Spirit Award nominee—but she’s not one to lead with accolades. She’s in it for the stories that matter, the filmmakers with a vision, and the satisfaction of making something that sticks.

When she’s not on set, she’s probably testing out a new face serum or swimming laps in the Finger Lakes.

Dal Wolf
Managing Director • EP

Dal Wolf built his career from the ground up, guided by a deep love of storytelling and a lifelong passion for film. Raised in Oklahoma and Colorado, he studied film under experimental cinema pioneer Stan Brakhage before making his way to Los Angeles, where he began his industry journey as an office PA at a management company representing rising stars like Mark Wahlberg and Edward Norton. Working alongside future industry leaders such as Stephen Levinson, Stacy O’Neil, Bryan Swardstrom and Mickey Liddell he developed an early understanding of the business and the value of creative collaboration. Wolf gained his first exposure to feature film production during this time with Go! and Telling Lies in America.

He later created and starred in a digital series, gaining hands-on experience as both a writer and performer. A music video job tied to The Other Guys DVD led to a connection with Adam McKay, which brought him into Funny or Die to produce branded and longform content. That role evolved into the launch of Gifted Youth, the commercial production division of Funny or Die, founded in partnership with McKay and Will Ferrell. As Managing Director and Executive Producer, Wolf played a key role in defining the company’s creative approach, leading standout campaigns for brands including Dodge, Pepsi and Old Spice.

He later joined PICROW as Executive Producer, where he helped lead the company to half a dozen Cannes Lions wins for Skittle’s Apologize the Rainbow and developed a reputation for reliability and collaboration across agencies, directors, and brands. Now the Managing Director at Neighborhood Watch, he remains focused on producing thoughtful, impactful work. Wolf lives in the East Pasadena foothills with his family, which includes bears, coyotes, and mountain lions.
