Jeremy Saulnier
Jeremy Saulnier knows how to make you feel something. Dread, adrenaline, discomfort, laughter—sometimes all in the same scene. His filmmaking is visceral, unpredictable, and unmistakably his own, built on razor-sharp storytelling, unforgettable characters, and a meticulous eye for the details that make a world feel real.
His latest feature, SLAYGROUND, produced by Neighborhood Watch and distributed by A24, is set to hit theaters in January 2027, with its first teaser now live. His acclaimed body of work also includes REBEL RIDGE, GREEN ROOM, HOLD THE DARK, and HBO's TRUE DETECTIVE Season Three. His breakout feature, BLUE RUIN, premiered at Cannes, taking home the FIPRESCI Prize and establishing him as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary genre filmmaking.
But Jeremy isn't a filmmaker who simply crossed over into commercials. He started there. Cutting his teeth writing scripts and directing in-house at Ogilvy New York, he developed an instinct for advertising long before making his mark in Hollywood.
Since then, he's brought his cinematic sensibility to campaigns for Coca-Cola, Ford, Taco Bell, Pepsi, Netflix, and Stella Artois. His work pairs precise camera language and immersive world-building with an unexpected gift for comedy—finding the humor, humanity, and tension in even the smallest moments.
For Jeremy, great filmmaking isn't about scale. It's about making every frame, every performance, and every beat count.
